The trial of the company Apollonia and the alleged perpetrators of a scam at more than a billion euros opened on Monday March 31 in Marseille on Monday. Hundreds of customers, who had in debt to invest with the company, have lost everything.

The salesperson makes fiscal advantages and significant rents are fed up, while requiring a very low contribution. The customer signed a proxy in the presence of a notary.

Apollonia would then have falsified income in order to obtain several real estate loans for each customer from different banks. With the money unlocked, she would have bought the lots of real estate programs at a high price, in order to inflate her commission by 15%. The banks then claimed significant reimbursements from the victims.

Badache spouses incur up to ten years’ imprisonment.
