Jonathan Calabresse, a twin brother of the crime instigator, was sentenced to five years in prison for not having prevented the assassination and said he had not been aware of the murderous project.

The lifeless body of the 19 -year -old student had been discovered immersed in a pond. Drugled before the facts, the young man from Tours had received 46 stab wounds on his throat and upper body, and had been still thrown in the water, on the night of August 17 to 18, 2021 at floor-Bas (Haute-Saône). The three main accused admitted having prepared the assassination in May 2021 to steal his cryptocurrencies, estimated at nearly 200,000 euros. On the other hand, during the trial, they all denied being the authors of the stabs, accusing each other. The convicts have ten days to appeal.
