A Petition on the site of the National Assembly Gather, Sunday noon, more than 846,000 signatures to claim the repeal of the Duplomb. This law, adopted at the beginning of the month, provides for the reintroduction of a pesticide from the family of neonicotinoids. The procedure provides that the Conference of Presidents of the National Assembly may decide to organize a debate in public session. “Of course, we can only see the figures that show that part of the French wants us to debate”reacts Yaël Braun-Pivet in Muret (Haute-Garonne), where she attended the departure of the 15th stage of the Tour de France.

“The French have signed this petition. We will be able to organize a debate from the start of parliamentary on this subject. It is a subject that we will approach at the conference of presidents, but I am obviously favorable”she added.
