The Stade Toulousain must review its plans on the transfer market. A priority target of the club for several weeks could finally extend with its training club, which would force the champions in title to turn to a new profile to strengthen their workforce.
The soap opera has been agitating the market for weeks. Tommaso Menoncello and Emilien Gailleton, both at the end of the contract at the end of the season, attracted the lusts of several behemoths of the Top 14, from the Toulouse stadium to Toulon, via La Rochelle. The Toulouse stadium had however deployed means to seduce Tuifua. Jérôme Cazalbou, head of the training center, had organized a visit to the Ernest-Wallon facilities to convince the player. But despite this attention and the interest of other clubs like the Stade Français or Montpellier, Tuifua had chosen the RCT. A new disappointment which obliges Toulouse to redouble their efforts on the transfer market.
