
A privileged witness to the evolution of PSG in recent years, Presnel Kimpembe recounted the changes he witnessed.
Arriving at Paris Saint-Germain at the age of ten, Presnel Kimpembe spent two decades there. A first-team executive for several seasons, the defender seriously injured his Achilles tendon in February 2023 and never found his place again. Having left for Qatar this summer to find some playing time, he is keeping an eye on what is happening in Paris. He looked back on the changes he has witnessed over the years.

Luis Enrique, key factor in the success of PSG
Then Presnel Kimpembe gave the few explanations which make PSG what it is now. “Today, the recruitment that was made and the arrival of Luis Enrique created another dynamic. (…) I only had great coaches at PSG, but I find that Luis Enrique also brought something new and different. »
Winner of the first Champions League in its history last May, PSG has moved to another dimension. His mission is now to stay at the top of the mountain, or at least to manage to remain in the highest echelons of French and European football.
