In a letter addressed to Brussels, Roland Lescure, Minister of the Economy, and Anne Le Hénanff, Minister Delegate in charge of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Technology, ask the European Commission “to initiate an investigation and impose appropriate sanctions” regarding Shein.

The Minister of the Interior also indicated on Wednesday that he was taking legal action to request the blocking of the Shein site, notably after the alert from the DGCCRF on the sale of sex dolls of a child pornography nature on the e-commerce platform.
