The Sacramento Kings are having a catastrophic start to the season, with only three victories in sixteen games, and they suffered another correction on Thursday by losing 137-96 at Memphis, which offers its fifth victory. The Spurs ensure
San Antonio, for its part, played its third match in a row without Victor Wembanyama, absent for several weeks due to a strained left calf. And the Spurs, fifth in the Western Conference, won this match against Atlanta (8th in the East), with a score of 135-126. Mitch Johnson’s men had a 19-point lead shortly before halftime, then saw the Hawks come back and take the lead (100-101) with 9’17 remaining. But the Texans reacted immediately with a 10-0, which allowed them to catch some air and win without shaking too much.

Also note this Thursday the large 129-101 victory for Orlando over the Clippers, who are in really bad shape at the start of the season. The Magic led almost from start to finish, thanks in particular to 23 points from Jalen Suggs and 20 from Franz Wagner. Opposite, James Harden finished with 31 points and Ivica Zubac with 14 points and 19 rebounds. Finally, Philadelphia won 114-123 after overtime in Milwaukee with a huge Tyrese Maxey, who snatched overtime by making his two free throws seven seconds from the endand who beat (by two points) his points record: 54 at 18/30 on shots and 12/14 on free throws! The 76ers won overtime 17-8 in this game which was played without Giannis Antetokounmpo or Joel Embiid.
