The overprotected products sold in supermarkets are often described as better for our health. But is this really the case?
In supermarkets, they win on all shelves. In the fridge, alongside the protein yogurts, there are now cheeses and, further, pasta, drinks and even cereals, all enriched with protein. Products that are also increasing on social networks. What do these foods contain? Are they good for your health and for your wallet? Regarding cheese, everything is done like a classic cheese, except for a few details at the time of refining. The fat is, for example, withdrawn.
A promise that has its limits, however. The products are on average two to five times more expensive than their classic version. But are they better for health? A nutritionist warns against the presence of additives, sugar or a surplus of salt. “It’s good for health from the moment we are accompanied in this choice”he said.
