Last year in France, more than 2,000 product references were recalled, for various reasons. Among the most concerned products are meat, seafood, but also dairy products.

New example this Monday, June 23 with celery. It contains metallic and plastic bodies. A risk of suffocation exists, it must then immediately be removed from the rays. Julien Marolleau, manager of a City crossroads in Mâcon, details the procedure: “First, I look at if the product is present, then I stick a poster to warn, but also so that customers who bought the product this morning or yesterday know that it must be brought back and so that they can be reimbursed”.

Whether they are contaminated by bacteria or that they contain foreign bodies, 2,091 references were recalled in France last year. Each product brought back is of course destroyed. But among the most concerned are meat, seafood, but also dairy products.
