With good momentum, Borussia Dortmund scored a fourth success in a row (all competitions combined), this Friday evening, at the opening of the 9e Bundesliga day. Niko Kovac’s men won on Augsburg (0-1), thanks to a goal from former Rennais Guirassy in the first period (37th).
Before facing Manchester City next Wednesday in the Champions League, Dortmund provisionally takes second place in the German championship, four points behind Bayern Munich, which hosts Bayer Leverkusen on Saturday (6:30 p.m.). Augsburg is 15th.
