Eric Perrot, it’s terrible!

The Swedish Sebastian Samuelsson won the Mass-Start of Oslo ahead of Eric Perrot. The Frenchman fails at a point in the small globe, which Sturla Laegreid won.

For this last race of the season, the Boe brothers were expected in front of their audience. Neither Johannes and his 91 victories nor Tarjei had a last feat on their land. Sebastian Samuelsson very strong on his skis won the Mass-Start in front of the French Eric Perrot (+5 ″ 6) and the Norwegian Endre Stroemsheim (+9 ″ 3). Quentin Fillon Maillet finished in fifth place (+30 ″ 7). The other French people are outside the top 10 with in particular Fabien Claude (16th, +1’45 ″ 3), Emilien Jacquelin (19th, +2’08 ″ 7), Antonin Guigonnat (28th, 4’18 ″ 3) and Emilien Claude (29th, +4’48 ″ 7). After Lou Jeanmonnot, the disillusionment is once again immense for Eric Perrot who fails to a point in the little globe.

Perrot fails, the man of the season

An almost perfect race as long as skis and on shooting, Perrot played a match in the match in this Mass-Start d’Oslo. With him, Fillon Maillet and the leader Laegreid could conquer the little globe at the end of this last race of the season. Not worried by a potential return of the yellow bib, Perrot had Samuelsson in line. But the Swedish was imperial in Norway this Sunday. With a 19/20 shooting, Samuelsson has accelerated in the last lap to distance himself from the Frenchman and thus won his first victory in Mass-Start this season. Second, Perrot failed to seize the small globe by failing a small point from Laegreid. 4th, the Norwegian already victorious of the big crystal globe, has the double and ends his season at the top. Fillon Maillet in mind on the last shot finally failed with a total of 17/20.
