Wheelchairs are now 100% reimbursed by Social Security, a first in Europe. “For all people with disabilities, it is a right to have access to a minimum of comfort, especially when it is a chair that allows them to live on a daily basis”approves Pauline Déroulède, disabled tennis player.

Concerning alternating childcare, dedicated assistance is now available to both parents. They will be able to receive this assistance individually according to their income. As for your wallet, you may be one of the 2.3 million families receiving social minimum benefits affected by the Christmas bonus. “At Christmas, we still need a small bonus to help people spend the end-of-year holidays in good conditions”points out a local resident. This exceptional aid will be paid from December 16.

The last good news at the end of the year concerns your gas bill. It drops slightly on December 1st. In this cold period, this represents a welcome saving of 7 euros on the annual bill.
