After more than two months, I only wanted to get back on the field. We’ll see what happens, but we did our best to be ready and have as little pain as possible.”he confides.
What about the French team?
Suffering from osteoarthritis, Cyril Baille recognizes that the period was not easy. “It bothers me quite a bit. I had several major injuries and the last one was very complicated, especially post-operatively”he explains. To keep up mentally, the Toulouse resident was able to count on the constant support of the club’s medical staff and physical trainers.
As the Six Nations Tournament approaches, the question of a return to the French team also arose. The pillar ensures that he has remained in contact with the Blues staff and hopes to find them quickly. “Fabien (Galthié) called me before the tour, we talked a lot. William (Servat) writes to me very regularly to get news. It’s nice to feel supported. Now it’s my turn to play.”he concludes. Verdict expected in February.
