For consumers and many professionals, the drop in fuel prices is good news. But, is it a long or short-term trend?
Dialian at less than 1.68 euros was still unthinkable a few weeks ago. For motorists who have come to use the pump, a few cents less on fuel, that’s already: “It feels good! We try to scratch the cents that we can”explains one of them. On average, for an individual, the drop in prices represents 61 euros per year if we use without a-plomb and 78 euros per year if we drive with diesel.
For professionals, the decline can be more advantageous. Stéphane Lécer has a work company. With his utility, he went to the service station three times a week. “It’s a little better than before. It makes a little difference at the end of the month”he said. A small difference which allows him to accept sites a little further. Now, he no longer hesitates to make the road to find customers.
