Several new features are coming from January 1: the minimum wage, pensions, social minimums, and some price increases. France Télévisions takes stock of the new features for 2026.

New Year once again rhymes with change for January 1, 2026 in France. First of all, the minimum wage will increase by 17 euros per month, from 1,426 euros to 1,443 euros net monthly.
