Kevin Vauquelin has entered a new dimension thanks to the Tour de France. By playing the leading roles during the three weeks of racing, the Frenchman saw his popularity explode with the general public. “When I win the stage, the same evening, I take 30,000 subscribers on Instagram. But it’s not just his number of subscribers who exploded for Kevin Vauquelin. It is the same with its total UCI points. While last year, his victory over the 2e STEP READED 210 points to him, to which were added the 55 points of his sixth place on the 7e STEP, the Normand has raised no less than 820 points during the three weeks of the Tour de France.
His only seventh place reported 425 points to him. But during these three weeks, Kevin Vauquelin also scored out of 10 stages of the 21 stages, notably thanks to seven top 10, with the best classification of its fifth place on the fifth stage. Enough to bring him 355 additional points.

Thanks to these 780 points registered on the Tour de France, Kevin Vauquelin achieves a nice leap forward in the ranking and passes a new level with a total of 2474 points. And while he was in the 29the Place de la hierarchie global, the native of Bayeux joined the top 20 for the first time in his career by now occupying 18e place.
Among the other French, Romain Grégoire also took advantage of the Tour de France to continue its progress. Thanks to several accessits, especially at the start of the round, he has indeed won six places and Emarge in 34th. It also laughs for Julian Alaphilippe, who certainly did not raise his arms on this large 2025 loop but signed three top 10: he has indeed increased by 16 places and finds the top 50 with a 42nd place, just behind Paul Magnier.
