“We call for the obligation of Nutri-Score in the face of obesity figures, vaccination, systematic screening for cancers and cardiovascular diseases”, specifies the delegated director of the CNAM. Health insurance also wants to launch “A large campaign on blood pressure”. “People today do not know the right rate or theirs. Marguerite Cazeneuve also defends control of expenses around sick leave. They exploded, supports the delegated director of health insurance, more than 6% per year. “It is the only expenditure on health insurance that is not linked to the aging of the population.”
To reverse the trend, it gives three lines of work, concerning “‘First short -term absenteeism”. “You have to empower employers more with a bonus-malus system. When you have atypical absenteeism, it is often linked to working conditions at work and businesses have the opportunity to improve them.” She also offers to work on long -lasting stops, which, according to her “lead to professional disinsertion”. Finally, she suggests improving protection for “Some people who fall sick and are insufficiently protected by our system.”
The CNAM delegated director adds that on this issue of sick leave, “We are all involved. At the same time the doctor, the patient and the employer. The more the health insurance which controls. The objective is that we all pay attention.” Marguerite Cazeneuve takes the example of sciatica. “It is maximum 35 days (stop), and then we must review the patient. We see that there are more than 600 professionals who prescribed stops over 125 days. We must be certain that patients are well followed by their doctors and that they do not university.”
