The General Directorate of Customs recalled that Tuesday, December 30, 2025 constitutes the last deadline for the regularization of requests relating to cars and motorcycles registered in stationary regime (RS).
In a press release published on Friday, December 26, 2025, the management specifies that this measure concerns citizens who have submitted, before October 31, 2025, files within the framework of the provisions of article 80 of the Finance Law for the year 2025, without however finalizing the procedure by paying the duties and taxes due.
Customs calls on the persons concerned to complete the regularization formalities within the set deadlines, failing which, their requests can no longer be taken into account after the date indicated.
The General Directorate of Customs emphasizes that this deadline is final, inviting users to contact the competent services to avoid any irregular situation.
