Despite the absence of numerous French internationals, Stade Toulousain fields a XV that looks great for the duel against Stade Français.
Good squad than that of Stade Toulousain. In addition to long-term injured players like Antoine Dupont and Peato Mauvaka, the Haut-Garonne club cannot count on a good part of its French internationals this weekend.
In the list of 23 players protected for the French XV, and therefore left to rest in the Top 14, we find nine elements of Ugo Mola’s squad (Cramont, Marchand, Aldegheri, Flament, Meafou, Jelonch, R. Ntamack, Barassi, Ramos).
This does not prevent the French champions from fielding a team composition that looks great, particularly on the back lines, where Juan Cruz Mallia will play in 10 while Blair Kinghorn will wear number 15.
Note that two other Toulouse players appear in the list of 42 players who will prepare for the test match against South Africa. These are left pillar Rodrigue Neti (who will start against Stade Français) and center Kalvin Gourgues (substitute this weekend).
