It is also small traders who are threatened. underlines Jean-Pierre Farandou, who ensures “look closely” this subject. “The response must be made at the French level, at the European level”, he says.

Questioned also about the scandal of child pornography dolls, Jean-Pierre Farandou said “very shocked”. “Shein must be held accountable for its actions”he said. “It’s not a small commercial error. It seems to me that the courts need to take this up and we can block all of this.”

Jean-Pierre Farandou assures that he will not go shopping at BHV and in Galeries Lafayette where Shein will be installed, for “stand in solidarity with French traders”.
