CGT, FSU, Solidaires calls Thursday November 6 in a press release inter-union to a new day of mobilization on December 2 throughout France “against austerity and for wages”. In the middle of the budget debate, “this is the time to amplify our back-to-school mobilizations to put pressure on to obtain social, fiscal and environmental justice in this budget”explains the press release. “We want to definitively bury all these regressions, win the repeal of the pension reform, and obtain the necessary resources for our public services”adds the press release.

“The first weeks of parliamentary debate demonstrate that, without the mobilization of the working world, this budget will have catastrophic consequences for workers, for our public services and for the future of our country,” it is specified.
The three unions call “all young people, employees, retirees and unemployed people to mobilize through strike and demonstration on December 2.” “December 2 and after is the moment when everything will be decided,” said the press release. “Everywhere, let’s organize general assemblies to decide on the demands to be made in each of our workplaces, starting with salary increases.” “This call is an initiative that aims to expand,” indicates the press release.
