Olivier Salleron, president of the French Building Federation (FFB), salutes Tuesday, June 17 on Franceinfo the maintenance of so -called “monogeste” work in the Maprimerénov system, announced Monday, after weeks of uncertainty and mobilization of the sector.
“It is a big victory for the French building federation and especially for our customers who will be able to have visibility to renovate their accommodation”, he said, stressing that this decision also represents “A victory for the hundreds of thousands of craftsmen who are in this niche is 30 to 40% of their turnover”.
“We are satisfied”, recognizes Olivier Salleron, while calling for vigilance: “The inter -ministerial meeting takes place earlier, in the morning, and this is where, officially, we will have the conditions. We are used to some surrounds in the building, we will be wary.”
The president of the FFB recalls that the initial announcement of a brutal judgment of Maprimerenov, both for the “monogeste” renovation (work by works) and for the overall renovation, had “Exasperated all of our craftsmen and entrepreneurs”. Olivier Salleron also points to the succession of crises that affect the sector. “The crises are linked. It is the drop of water that has overflowed the vase”, he explains.
Olivier Salleron finally recalls the issue of energy renovation: “It is to achieve the objectives of energy renovation, because there, you could say that with this blow against Maprimerénov, it was also the stopping of all these objectives, of the decarbonation of France.”
