The LOSC falls from very high!

Lille was eliminated from the French Cup by falling against Dunkirk (1-1, 4-5 Tab) this Tuesday in the round of 16. However, it goes for Brest.

We can therefore live a European dream evening against Feyenoord (6-1), chained by a victory against Saint-Etienne (4-1) in Ligue 1, and take your feet in the carpet against a Ligue 2, at home, in the round of 16 of the Coupe de France. This is what happened in Lille not even a week.

The LOSC was released by Dunkirk, at Decathlon Arena, after a fairly crazy evening (1-1, 4-5 Tab). The men of Bruno Genesio created an opportunity for this meeting, which they spoiled by bad luck or clumsiness. And they probably thought they had done the hardest when André Gomes opened the scoring on a center behind Jonathan David (85th).

Jaouen, hero of Dunkirk

But after additional time, just beyond these five minutes announced, the neighbor Dunkirk came to equalize, on a well placed head by Kay Tejan (90th+6). The scenario recalled that of the previous round, when Lille had seen the om equalize at the last second. Vito Mannone had saved his team during the penalty shootout, and the Italian goalkeeper almost did this by stopping the first two attempts in Dunkirk.

Lille then had one foot and four toes in the quarterfinals, but Alexsandro and Hakon Haraldsson knew the failure in turn, before the strike on the transversal of Benjamin André. And it was the Dunkirk goalkeeper Ewen Jaouen (19) who played the heroes to the end by scoring the last shot.
