In Brittany, market gardeners are mobilizing to encourage consumers to buy seasonal fruits and vegetables. Everyone has their own technique.

Enough to earn a few degrees without consuming energy. “The first tomatoes will form in May”reveals the market gardener. Through campaigns, the farmer wants to raise awareness among consumers about what they buy over the year, because a tomato produced under heated greenhouse produces seven times more CO2 than a tomato grown in the open air.
