Meeting in Brussels of an extraordinary European Council
The twenty-seven countries of the European Union (EU) and Volodymyr Zelensky are found on Thursday for an extraordinary summit in Ukraine.

In a geopolitical context completely turned upside down by the positions of the American president, the European Commission has unveiled a plan for “Rearm Europe” aimed at mobilizing some 800 billion euros. At this stage, some 30 billion euros will be available for Ukraine in 2025, and several EU countries do not see the need, immediately, to increase this amount.
